Currently Lead Software Engineer at Octdaily (Jul 2024 – Present), operating at national scale — federating 20,000+ Skilled Nursing Facilities across the United States into a single FHIR R4 data warehouse on Azure Health Data Services, enabling unified patient data exchange across every care setting.

Built the QAPI compliance platform and CMS 5-Star Rating engine — automating ingestion and computation of all three CMS rating pillars (Health Inspections, Staffing via PBJ, Quality Measures via MDS), with predictive risk scoring and facility benchmarking. Also shipped an Agentic Medical Director — a Claude + GPT-4o agent that autonomously monitors every facility dashboard, flags at-risk residents, generates improvement plans, and drafts CMS regulatory responses around the clock.

Beyond clinical systems, I designed agentic AI development workflows using Cursor and Claude, training 100+ engineers to use AI coding agents for daily tasks — cutting delivery time by ~40% and PR rework by 60%.
